Responsibilities
• Routine boat washes and rinse-downs
• Cleaning exterior surfaces and compartments
• Drying, wiping, and maintaining clean finishes
• Assisting crew with detailing preparation
• Keeping equipment and supplies organized
Requirements

• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

Boat Prep & Polish Technician
Part-Time Position
$25–$35/hour depending on experience
Responsibilities
• Boat prep and surface correction
• Oxidation removal
• Compound and polish work
• Surface protection and finishing
• Assisting with ceramic coating prep
• Maintaining professional-quality finishes
Requirements
• Experience with polishing, buffing, or detailing preferred
• Marine detailing experience is a plus
• Ability to safely use detailing equipment and polishing tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable availability
